About the NFC-PAC

The National Fiscal Conservative Political Action Committee (NFC PAC) was formed to support the eventual Republican nominee for the Presidency of the United States in 2012.

NFC-PAC recognizes there are many battlefields in this fight. The NFC-PAC is focused on the immediate battle for the presidency. Our mission is to provide outside support to the Republican nominee in key swing states while countering negative ads through our own media campaign.

In a practical sense, this means that while we focus our efforts in the fiscal arena, we recognize and share the positions and values of those fighting in the social arena. Our founder and executive committee members believes in the values expressed through our Republic’s Judeo-Christian heritage which leads to and promotes both fiscal and social values. Nonetheless, our mission is to win the White House in 2012 and work towards future elections in support of national and statewide candidates.

Founder & Chairman - Bill Hemrick
Bill founded NFC-PAC to move this great country back to the foundations upon which it once rested. His passion to serve is based on the futures of not only his children but his grandchildren as well. He wants them to experience the United States of America that Bill grew up in, fought for and ultimately loves.

Mark A. Skoda
Active in politics on the local and national level, Mark founded The Memphis TEA Party in Memphis, Tennessee, a non-profit advocacy group for fiscal responsibility and improved government. He is a co-founder of the National Tea Party Federation. Skoda was named to the Newsweek Inside The Tea Party Top 10 in September 2010.

While overseas, he headed up the M&A effort for UPS in Europe, Middle East and Africa where he served as the Director of Strategic Planning. While with FedEx, he managed the operations for the Business Logistics Services group as MD in Europe and VP in Asia-Pacific. In total, Mark brings eleven years of international business experience while living throughout Europe and Asia. It is this international experience that provides a unique perspective in assessing those challenges facing our country in the current political environment.

Jerry Weygandt
An accounting graduate of the esteemed Business School of Miami University (Ohio), has led a diverse career that has encompassed International Financial Forecasting with Goodyear Tire & Rubber to financial positions with mid-sized corporations to Internal Audit with the State of Texas to Business Systems Analyst specializing in CASE development and Specialist in Mainframe Operations with Accenture (a leading Consulting, Technology, Outsourcing global firm). Woven throughout this experience is over 27 years of individual income tax preparation, including being named “Tax Preparer of the Year” with H&R Block Austin, TX in 1986. Currently, as a Certified Professional Bookkeeper and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, he is serving the needs of individuals and businesses in the Nashville, TN area.

Patrick Slota
Patrick has a 30 year background in senior management roles at the VP level in IT sales, services and operations. His experience includes working for well-known Fortune 500 companies such as Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), SUN Microsystems, Landmark Systems Corporation, Amdahl Computers, TVA and NCR Corporation. He has held Top Secret clearances with the Department of Defense and National Security Agency. He spent 10 years living and working in Europe out of Frankfurt, Germany where he opened and grew an organization (over $60M annualized sales) that sold IT equipment and services to the U.S Military. He is fluent in German. Later he served later as VP International sales while with Landmark Systems. He has vast experience in business operations and management, sales, support services and business start-ups. He has managed budgets and expenses for multi-million dollar organizations including an $880M project for the U.S. Military. He was recognized numerous times for exceeding growth projections, providing superior customer support, excellent business management skills and continually delivering exceptional P&L performance. Most recently he has been active in politics with the NFC PAC in Nashville, TN as Executive Director.
